Next time, can you please include a link to your own letter as a time-saving example for the rest of us?

That's a good idea, but on this matter, I think there's only time now for phone calls expressing opposition to HB 2833.

The House is acting on this right now, it looks like, based on the bill status page at the legislature's web site.

So perhaps it's best to concentrate on the State Senate at this point. The bill in question is SB 1647 and the Greater Edwards Aquifer Alliance has some tips on what to say about this bill. Also the op-ed I quote in the post above is another good resource.
